Passer hispaniolensis

Portrait of a male and a female Spanish Sparrow (Χωραφοσπουργίτης). The bold “black is black” breast very soon will be an weak one. This is only its breeding plumage.

The female is not very different from the female House Sparrow, thus difficult to separate the species.

Those 2 photos and many more were captured during the second Wildlife Photography meeting at Evros prefecture and will be gradually published.
