More posts about Terns, Common Terns.

The plan was to capture a Common Tern (Sterna hirundo – Ποταμογλάρονο) just after plunging in to the water, with it’s prey (a fish) in it’s beak. There was one success and several unsuccessful efforts.
One of them is the above and the beyond photo. The Tern here didn’t manage to catch a fish and turns for the next effort.
