Hydrocoloeus (Larus) minutus – Little Gull – Νανόγλαρος
A nice meeting with a not so common gull species in southern Greece.
Except its small size another distinctive habit to separate it from Black Headed Gull, is its calm & soft way to forage – pick small food items – from water surface.
