Bonelli’s Warbler (Phylloscopus bonelli – Βουνοφυλλοσκόπος)

An instant hovering.

Bonnelli’s warbler (Phylloscopus bonelli or orientalis after the split of the species from AERC TAC (2003), is usually found at northern & central Greece where it breeds in uplands forests. During spring migration there is an increasing presence of the species even in Attiki. There were observations of the species in Tritsis park the last two consecutive years.
